When its shipping time please put your tags in a box which will be used to return your package. Please add a self addressed label in the box along with postage back to you. Also, this swap will be US only. Sorry international, but there are international mailing issues currently due to terrorists. I don't want to have any issues of not being able to receive your tags.

Christmas Gift-wrap Box

Hi everyone! I created this cute box gift wrap idea for Stayingcrafty's Blog Giveaway. I used my Cricut with Gypsy(cartridges: Tags, Bags, Boxes and More & Gypsy Wanderings)
The brown paper is actually a recycled brown paper bag from Trader Joe's turned so the inside is facing out, and the red is just red card stock cut at the same size just without the snowflake.I layerd them so the red would peek out the top and separate the box from the tissue paper. I stamped on the gold striped tissue paper with some snow flakes in brown ink and added tulle to coordinate. There is also a red bling in the middle of the snowflake and red rick-rack attached. This was very quick and affordable to put together and the result is very elegant. For added sparkle you could Glimmer Mist your brown paper bag before you assemble.

Thanks~

Been Busy... Remember When Review!

Long time no post...

On Friday October 1st I attended a Fever Crop at Remember When! (Link)
WOW! This store/ crop space is AMAZING!!!!
In the store section of the Remember When they have all the hottest items from G45 to Tattered Angels and every thing in between! I seriously almost passed out from all the awesome products they had for sale! Their prices were awesome too!  If your cropping there and you happen to forget something or run out of something they have what you need there for sale.
The staff are soooooo nice and helpful! Because this was my first time there and at a crop there they directed me to where everything was and helped with using the die-cut station.
The cropping area had a boom box with great tunes playing.
All the other attendees of the crop were super nice too! This was my first crop of any sort because I don't know any local crafters. I loved having other craft enthusiasts around me when crafting. It was so inspiring.
There was a small raffle and also we got to do a make and take! The make and take was made on a large tag(#8 maybe), and on it was drawn for us the shape of the dress form which was traced from the Maya Road chipboard album. We cut that out then we got to use a Tattered Angel glimmer screen and with a Tim Holts distress ink pad of our choice(I used victorian velvet). We got to go over the screen with a ink blending tool. Then we got to glimmer misted the whole tag(I used rose tea). Then we beaded some tiny pear beads on a small wire and threaded it thru the tag. Then we glued on the lace trim with zip dry and tied some tulle around the waist. We got to select two paper flowers and place then where ever we wanted along with a self adhesive flat back pearl.

I love Remember When and I give it 100 stars out of 10!

Me cropping before the place started to get busy.

My make and take. It's so CUTE!

Heres what I got(sorry about the glare):
Pop Up Glue Dots, StazOn Jet Black Refill, Glimmer Glam Pink Lipstick, Reminisce Fairy Tails Mirror Mirror 12x12, Pinkpaislee Hocus Pocus 6x6 Paper Pad, The Girls Paperie Toil & Trouble Clear Stamps, 7gypsies Steampunk Clear Stamps, Crafty Secrets Costume Cuties Clear Stamps, Basic Grey Snow Baby Clear Stamps.

Hoppy Birthday Tag!

Heres a cute tag I created. The "hoppy birthday" stamp originally was a dollar area stamp that said "happy birthday", and I just stamped an "O"(which was from a dollar area alpha stamp set) over the "A". The frog stamp is from an American Girl clear stamp set. The to and from stamp is a dollar stamp too. The balloon is a little brad and I just drew a string. The buttons were sent to me from Jo "paperdrama". I added some silly googly eyes as this was for a little kid and it made the froggy cuter.

Tuseday Mornings Haul & Other Stuff!

Hi All!
Its been a looooong time! I'e been busy and haven't had a chance to post on here or youtube! But I thought I should post something!

So, Today I went shopping at a different Tusday Mornings than the other one I've been to and this one was AWESOME! I went there hunting for the Tim Holtz goodies, Martha Stewart goodies and anything else that caught my eye! Right when I walked into the store facing the door was Tim's grunge board packs and metal cases and Martha's punches along with the rolls of Heidi Swapp stickers! I totally ran up to them as if someone else was there to snag them all away from me (of course there wasn't any one else there looking at them)! So I started looking thru the packs of grunge papers and saw the packs were randomly mixed so I went thru them all looking for the packs I liked best! Then I saw the Martha Stewart punches and there weren't many to chose from. After that I totally didn't notice the Tim Holtz metal boxes at the top of the shelf  but I luckily looked up and I quickly snatched one as if it was the last one on earth and everyone wanted one (there were about 8 of them, I was just excited). I then started going thru the box of Heidi Swapp sticker rolls but didn't find any that I really needed (I wanted the damask stickers). I then wandered around till I came to the crafty aisle! That area was dangerous there was so much to look at I had to stop and refocus! I started digging around and found some cute little brads. I then found a smaller Tim Holtz metal box which was just tossed in a box, and there was only one! Then I turned around and saw all these pretty fibers/yarns, I didn't get any but wow! However in one of the fiber boxes I found some Ranger Adirondack ink. I then remembered to look up on the top of the shelve and saw one of those giant boxes of Heidi Swapp goodies, I decided to peek to see what was in it and decided I didn't really need it. I then went through the ribbon boxes and found some cute Martha Stewart reversible ribbon (which I had never boughten before but the reverse side of the ribbons are so pretty).  After I was done there I went to a yummy sushi restaurant! Shopping makes me hungry!LOL!

Heres The pictures of my goodies(All my Glimmer Mists fit great in the Tim Holtz Embossing Powder Tin, And in the small tin I put my Tim Holts bending tool with the felt) ! Following the pictures is a detailed list of what I got!
